The male receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate us when the lights in our room blew. He arranged for us to move to another room and even helped us with our belongings. The friendly attitude of the staff, including the duty electrician, was greatly appreciated. We were even given a free breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely amazing – you won't need to eat for the rest of the day after trying their spread. This was our 7th stay at the hotel, and it's always a pleasure to revisit our friends in the area.

The bed in the king room was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location is stunning and in a good spot, just a short walk from Sainte-Agathe Golf. - It is set next to various restaurants and a brasserie, making it a great central hub in the lovely area of Neris-les-Bains.

Great location, just across from the casino and theatre and close to thermal baths. Comfortable bed and good wifi. Free street parking available out of peak season. Hotel recently renovated with new rooms and public spaces. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing to mention.

Nice welcome, friendly staff, free WiFi, central location.
No drink making facilities in the room. The room was at the front of the hotel and there was street noise until 2 a.m. (probably as it was a Saturday night stay). No king size bed.

The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. We had rooms overlooking the park and casino and there was a balcony. The receptionist was very welcoming, very helpful and spoke English. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delcious, well presented and value for money. The staff were very attentive. We used this hotel enroute on a tour of France. We were disappointed that the Theremes were not open, but enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at a hotel in a charming spa town. The location was fantastic, right in the center of town, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a nice, simple aesthetic. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with separate bathrooms and toilets in the rooms.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel is well located in the town but also very quiet. There is adequate parking close by.
I would have liked a balcony but didn't get one. The breakfast was not very good value for money and we had a wait for ages before the coffee was refilled, Next time I would go instead to the Mini Golf Snack Bar where we had dinner the night before as it was very good value for money.
